Welcome to BVC Bears 2026.
Please use this form if directed by a Coach or Administrator to register your Expression of Interest in joining the program through our mid-season registration pathway.
Cost to register your interest is $25, which is then deducted from your membership fee for the season if you are selected.

Terms and conditions
- Trial fee of $25.00 must be paid before participating in the trial process for the 2026 BVC Bears. This amount is not transferrable and must be paid through the Majestri portal. The payment of the trial fee does not guarantee selection into any BVC Bears team or squad. No refunds for the trial fee will be issued unless at the discretion of the BVC Committee. If you would like to make an enquiry for a refund due to extenuating circumstances please contact email bears@brisbanevolleyball.org.au for your matter to be considered. No partial refunds will be considered if you do not attend all trials. The trial fee will be deduced from the total BVC Bears 2026 Membership Fee if the player is selected for one of the teams or squads. The trial fee will not be refunded to those who are not selected into a BVC Bears team or squad.
